Vistronix Acquires IT Company ExaTech Solutions Inc.

Vistronix, of Reston, Va., announced Dec. 11 the acquisition of ExaTech Solutions Inc., a Herndon, Va.-based information technology company.

“The ExaTech acquisition provides a powerful foundation for the acceleration of Vistronix’s growth in a number of critical areas,” Vistronix President and CEO John Hassoun said. “We’re excited about leveraging ExaTech’s proven expertise and strong leadership in utilizing cutting-edge technologies in support of cloud enabled big data architectures as we develop mission-critical solutions vital to the U.S. intelligence community.”

This is one of three acquisitions Vistronix announced Dec. 11; the company also acquired Agency Consulting Group and Objective Solutions Inc.
