IT services provider NCI Inc. (NCIT) announced Dec. 22 that the company has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI®-DEV).

NCI’s appraisal included organizational process management, project and work management, engineering and support for current software development projects for customers across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies.

The CMMI-DEV model further provides a comprehensive integrated set of guidelines for developing products and services that meet the needs of customers and end users.
NCI also holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000-1:2011 certifications.
