On April 11, 2017, Forcepoint, powered by Raytheon, will host its annual Cybersecurity Leadership Forum in Reston, Va.
Forcepoint’s team will host discussions around the current state of cybersecurity and how agencies can best prepare for future threats. Premier cybersecurity thought leaders across Defense, Intelligence, and Federal, State, and Local government, including Theresa Payton, former White House CIO and President/CEO of Fortalice Solutions, will lead these discussions. Payton is an established authority on cybersecurity and expert on identity theft and the Internet of Things (IoT).
“Millions of people interact with data and content, from email, social media, mobile apps like Pokemon GO to the IoT and cloud. The industry’s approach to cybersecurity must move beyond technology to get to the heart of human behavior as people interact with IP and other organizational data,” explained Payton. “I’m excited to discuss these issues with the growing community of cybersecurity experts and government leaders who are passionate about the future of security.”
Immediately following the forum will be a Networking Reception, and the Solutions Showcase will be open to all for onsite demos from participating vendors.
When: April 11, 2017, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST
Where: Hyatt Regency Reston, 1800 Presidents St, Reston, VA 20190
