Serco Inc. has been awarded a $140 million contract to provide IT services to the U.S. Army Installation Management Command ‘s Child and Youth Services program.

Serco will support the U.S. Army Child and Youth Services mission to deliver technology, safety and support services to military children and families across the globe.

“Serco has a 25-year history in providing military family support services, and this contract places Serco at the forefront of improving the lives of Army families deployed to military installations around the globe,” Serco CEO Dave Dacquino said. “We are proud to have the opportunity to support our leaders of tomorrow.”

The contract has a 5-year base period with five 1-year option periods, and would be worth $140 million if all options are exercised.

Under the contract, Serco will support 320 Army Installation Management Command facilities at 86 locations in the U.S. and overseas, providing program management for engineering, designing, installing and maintaining technology and video surveillance services hardware.
