Savan Group has hired Jodi Huston as vice president of operations, tasking her with managing critical aspects of the firm’s operations and developing the firm’s infrastructure.

Huston will work closely with Chief Operating Officer Brandi Greygor, helping her to lead the company’s operations. Before joining Savan Group, Huston served as VP for Phase One Consulting, until that firm’s acquisition by Accenture in June 2017.

Veeral Majmudar, president and CEO of the management and IT consulting firm, said he was excited to welcome Huston to the leadership team.

“Her record of accomplishment speaks for itself, and we look forward to her thought leadership and the positive contributions she will make to the success of our firm,” Majmudar said. “More importantly, she has proven herself to be a natural leader and mentor throughout her career which is something that I know will greatly benefit our employees and our clients.”

In her new role, Huston will help develop the necessary policies, process and tools for advancement and compliance; maintain efficient team structures and performance through analytics; and work with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future needs, Savan Group said.

Huston said she looks forward to helping Savan Group grow.

“Joining Savan Group in this role was a natural next step in my career,” Huston said. “Our leadership team has created a culture of delivery excellence and smartly done ambitious growth. I look forward to bringing relevant past experiences in client delivery, relationship building, and operations to reinforce this exciting and growing company.”
