As chief financial officer, Pamela Rothka oversees strategic finance, accounting, contracts, pricing, business operations, and facilities. Mrs. Rothka also plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions, as well as divisional reporting.

Prior to joining ECS, Mrs. Rothka served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Octo Consulting. She also served as CFO at information technology company Buchanan & Edwards, as well as vice president of finance and controller at consulting firm Whitney, Bradley & Brown. She oversaw finance as CFO for the U.S. public sector division at Hewlett-Packard and spent 15 years as controller for Global Training & Logistics at Lockheed Martin.

Mrs. Rothka holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration in management information systems from Temple University. She serves on the board of directors at Make-a-Wish Mid-Atlantic. She has received numerous industry awards, including Washington Executive’s Top 10 CFOs to Watch in 2020 and DCA Live’s 2019 NEW Power Women of DC Tech.
